Refund policy
All sales are final unless the item(s) has been received in a faulty condition. Clients eligible for refund will be fully refunded in store credit equivalent to the price of item(s) plus an additional 10%.
For refunds, the item(s) purchased must meet the following criteria:
- Provide proof of faultiness within 14 days of the delivery date
